The Marquetten Provisional Government Commonly the MPG was a Authoritarian democrat partisan group in Marquette in 2020.
Government
President
The title of President was the highest authority in the Provisional government it was De facto a dictatorship, although it was De jure held in check by the Provisional Congress. It has been speculated that the powers the President had were merely war time measures, however this in unverifiable.
Congress
the Provisional Congress—usually just congress—was an elected body of officially 5 individuals meant to counterbalance the president, however it practically served only as a means for the president to rubber stamp policies he wanted to pass.
History
Background
After Several Failures by the Grand Ducal Guard to suppress the Marquetten Black Army the Royalist government began general conscription, this alienated the TTA because they were targeted specifically because of their preexisting training.
Proclaiming the Government

Following several success they saw themselves as responsible for, the Thief Taker Army declared a rival government.
Collapse
Believing the Black Army and House Militia to incompetent, the MPG leadership was completely unprepared for the Guerilla tactics of the Black Guards. After being caught in an ambush J was caught trying to flee the battle into the woods the MPG officially surrendered.
After the 12 minutes war
After the end of the 12 minutes war, Nada I had the TTA disarmed, though J was officially pardoned he retired from micronationalism shortly after.
Legacy
The Provisional Government is still not seen in good light by Marquetten Citizens, Leftists especially seeing it as having been an attempt to end rule of law in Marquette. although this legacy has been questioned by some Marquettens.
