The March 2023 Roscami constitutional referendum was a referendum held from 1 - 6 March 2023 on whether to accept the proposed constitution created by Thomas Jacobs and Matthew Tonna, which was made in reaction to the Tobey Wyles-created Constitution, which was seen as too radical by the Catholic right-wing. The Supreme Constitution was passed first in the Council of State, as per its provisions for enactment, allowing for a public referendum.
This was the second constitutional referendum since the January 2023 Roscami constitutional referendum, which directly led to the 2023 Roscami coup d’etat. The referendum passed by a landslide, with 85% in favour.
