The Representative of Vishwamitra to Italy (Hindi: इतालवी गणराज्य में विश्वामित्र के प्रतिनिधि, Italian: Rappresentante di Vishwamitra presso la Repubblica Italiana), formerly known as the Ambassador of Vishwamitra to Italy is the official representative of the Rashtradhyaksh and the government of Vishwamitra in Italy and the head of the representative office in Italy. The position is currently held by Carlo Cristosomi-Baldovini since 21 September 2024.

The representative and chief of mission is a member of the diplomatic corps of Vishwamitra. Vishwamitra unilaterally recognized Italy by a presidential decree on 1 January 2017, however, since the recognition is not currently reciprocated, the position is - at present - unaccredited, and serves a primarily ceremonial role. The duties of the representative includes representing the interests of the Rashtradhyaksh and the government of Vishwamitra in Italy and catering the interests of the non-residential (overseas) citizens of Vishwamitra residing in Italy or are of Italian origin.

The position was first created on 3 January 2021 with the appointment of Manuel Maria as the ambassador to Italy. The position of the representative was created on 23 September 2024. Since the establishment of the mission in Italy, the representative has concurrently been accredited to the Holy See, and later on to San Marino since 3 October 2021.

The position of the ambassador was first created on 3 January 2021 along with the creation of a full-fledged mission. The first ambassador was Manuel Maria who served in office until his resignation on 17 May 2021. He was succeeded by Esty Carpentieri who served in office until his resignation on 19 September 2021. Following Carpentieri's resignation, the position was briefly vacant until the appointment of Lorenzo Marquez on 3 October 2021. Marquez, likewise his predecessors, was also concurrently accredited to the Holy See and also to San Marino. He stepped down from office on 26 June 2022 and was succeeded by Christian Laudani.

In a cabinet decision, the regular diplomatic missions accredited to macronations which are unilaterally recognized by Vishwamitra were reorganized to honorary status on 8 May 2023. Thereupon, the ambassador was re-designated as honorary ambassador. Laudania continued to serve as honorary ambassador in Italy until 28 February 2024, when the Ministry of External Affairs announced the dissolution of all honorary missions, thereby discharging all honorary diplomats from their office.

The representative office in Italy was re-established on 23 September 2024 and Carlo Cristosomi-Baldovini was appointed as the head of the mission.
