The State of Lasetia recognizes two groups of the LGBT community: gay and lesbian individuals have almost every right in Lasetia as heterosexuals have. Homosexual couples from marrying in the church but they can be legally registered as partners, and have the same rights as heterosexual couples. They are allowed to donate blood, adopt children and can serve in the army. It should be common not to spread one's ideology everywhere and just try to live normal. There are no anti-discrimination laws against LGBT Community because the Lasetian State gives the gay and lesbian all rights to work where they want.

Marriage and Religion

The Marriage is viewed as a religious tradition in the State Religion Christianity so Marriage from the Church is forbidden to show respect towards Christianity, but LGBT People can be listed in Partnerships and they count as equal as Marriage.

Trans rights

Gender-affirming surgical procedures are forbidden in Lasetia and are not covered by health insurance. A change of legal name is allowed, but the gender identity of transgender individuals is not recognized by the government. In Lasetia it is consisdered that there there are two genders, male and female. It could happen that a child is born intersexual and the gender will be picked later. People who are already transgender and changed there gender can still enlist in the army and donate blood. It is not a law but gay and lesbian people should live in peace and work the same jobs, but do not openly present their sexuality because this can annoy others. It is okay to talk about it to a friend but not spread in public especially in front of kids.

Reaction of the President of Lasetia

The Lasetian President has declined an offer, to enact anti-discrimination laws against LGBT people, in which he answered that it should be common to not discriminate against gay and lesbian people who are acting normal. The government will recognize gay and lesbian couples as partners.
