Katie Arnold is a former Secretary to the Chancellor, Governor and Lieutenant-Governor of South Dracul, located in the Commonwealth of Dracul.
On 5 February 2019, Arnold joined the Commonwealth of Dracul, as a Citizen of South Dracul. In February 2019, Arnold was appointed the first Lieutenant Governor of South Dracul.

Katie Arnold was born on 30 August 1996 in the City of La Porte, Texas.

Arnold began her interest in Micronations in 2019, after learning about it from her friends Stephen Luke and Kassie Bushong.
