The Jurassicland Civil War is a ongoing conflict between many groups. The civil war began when Papaland invaded. Over time many more groups would declare their independance. Many of the groups fighting are claimed to be fighting in the civil war by Wilmer Himberg but are not confirmed if they are or even exist. The war would continue to escalate in 2024.
Background
Dinoland got diplomatic support from the Republic of Åxenö, wich helped with making fortifications. The fortifications consists of 2 heavy S1-12HMG machine guns and two 200 mm cannons, there where also several extra MG nests if needed. There is also a secondary cannon behind the fortification on Godzilla Mountain. There are several roads conecting the fortifications. There are several bombs in the water placed by Åxenö. There are about 3–5 meters of digedout trenches. The main area of the fortification line is about 5–7 meters. Åxenö joind when the 1st Börkö Sea Regiment, icluding at first the SMS Börkö, wich was put in the water before the war began. Dionoland was lead by Wilmer Himberg who still leads today.
First Phase
The first phase or the Papaland war is the first era of the war.
Assault on Godzilla Mountain
Papaland began their first offensive at Godzilla Mountain on 8 May. Godzilla Mountain was Dionolands capital. Papaland attempted to advance but heavy artillery fire alted them at firts. After the artillery fire was over Papaland forces charged at Godzilla Mountain. But heavy machine gun fire stopped them from taking Godzilla Mountain. Papaland decided to retreat from Godzilla Mountain. Dionoland forces charged at the retreating Papaland forces. Dionoland forces where not able to completely push out Papaland force but halted them.
On 9 May Papaland forces attempted to encricle or go around Godzilla Mountain but after heavy artillery fire they where halted but continued on. Dionoland forces directly engaged Papaland forces with machine guns and artillery fire. Papaland Forces retreated back.
Åxenö Dionoland Skirmish
On 9 May Dionoland and Åxenö fighted eachother after Dionoland had fired artillery at Åxenö. Åxenö responded with machine gun fire.
Stalemate
During the summer no fighting would happen between Dionoland and Papaland as a stalmate had been reached. Nothing notable would happen.
Papaland September Offensive
Papaland would begin a huge offenisve in September. On 15 September Papaland forces attacke Godzilla Mountain and invaded many other areas. Dionoland was not prepeared for a huge offenisve but still dirextly engaged with sub machine gun and artillery fire. Papaland would attack into Åxenö which dragged Åxenö into the war. Papaland would occupy lots of territory from Dionoland and Åxenö.
Dionoland Counter-Offensive
Dionoland would launch a huge counteroffenisve on 15 September with Åxenö. They quickly retook most of their territory. Papaland at the end of September 15 surrendered to Dionoland and Åxenö.
Second phase
The second phase or the rebel era. After the war, Dionoland and Åxenö would annex Papaland. Dionoland and Åxenö would both get half. In May 2023, Jurassicland would be attacked by former Papaland insurgents. In northern Jurassicland would also be attacked by Diono rebels. Communists would take the chance to rebel as Jurassicland was plunged into the second phase of the civil war. Neo-Nazis would fight Communists and even the Luxembourg kingdom would attack. On 21 October the Marius Empire would occupy most of Jurassicland and Jurassicland would go into exile.
Third Phase
The third phase is a part of the rebel era but is the era where a political crisis would affect Jurassicland. Jurassicland in January 2024 would take back all of the land the Marius Empire had taken. In April 2024 3 unnamed rebel groups would begin to fight Jurassicland. On 1 April, Monkey would stage a coup against Jurassicland taking the capital and proclaiming himself king of Jurassicland. Wilmer would fight back and take back the capital. This lasted for one day and marking the start of the Jurassicland political crisis.
