Lord Jatvörþr Byhals I (Jatvörþr Jakub Byhals I; born 14 December 2002) was the thane of Sandvölr between 1 December 2020 and 1 January 2021. He was the 1st thane of Sandvölr. Byhals is the older brother of Julius Byhals, 2nd thane of Sandvölr.
Personal life
Jatvörþr Byhals was born on 14 December 2002 in Kirkwall City. Byhals resides in Meiser, Sandvölr. He often helps feeding livestock, and in his spare time, works on mechanical projects often used by the Hjalsk government. Byhals is one of Hjalvik’s main shipbuilders, and is responsible for the construction of vessels HS Byhals and HS Jatvörþr.
Military career
Jatvörþr Byhals serves as the Grand Marshal in the Hjalsk Army, making him the highest ranking army recruit in Hjalvik. He is a Warrant Officer in the Hjalsk Navy, and leads the Hjalsk Home Fleet, often manoeuvring vessels around the Sandvölr seas. Byhals is chief engineer of the HEME and has lead the construction of several important government projects based on Sandvölr.
