The Government of Prudentianopolis, officially known as the United Government of the League of Knowledge for All, is the central authority of Prudentianopolis, a confederal regency sovereign entity. This government is the legal successor to the Supremacy Federation Council and the National Congress of the Izoroku-Molco Republic. Molco is in a confederation with the History Club Discord Group, with each entity maintaining its own government. The United Government serves as a compromise point for the diarchy of the country.
Formerly known as the Provisional Government of Knowledge for All from December 15, 2019, to March 7, 2020, this government was formed by the Knowledge for All faction within the Discord group, with the aid of Srattha Ruchirawimon. The Knowledge for All faction eventually gained full participation in all matters of the History Meme Zone's Discord Channel. March 7 is now recognized as Cybercombine Day (วันรวมช่องดิสคอร์ด) to commemorate this integration.
Thanakrit Daeng-ed, then Prime Minister of the Empire, owner of the History Meme Zone's Discord Channel, and Commissioner of Quorum, appointed Zerorius Hiruko as the next Prime Minister of the Empire and a new Discord Channel owner. This appointment solidified the confederal status between the two polities. When ownership returned to Piyawat Amornthatri, the founder of the Discord group, the government officially became a diarchy.
Head of State
Quorum of Party
Oath of Fives declared the Quorum of Party the supreme state authority body and main legislative body of Molco. Before February 2020, this body was acting the provisional state cabinet. Then Quorum of Party had ceased the role and duty of head of state to newly formed collective head of state, Presidium and Privy Council (PSK) until its dissolution on 17 May 2022.
Regent of Quorum
The Regent of Quorum is officially head of Quorum of Party and currently the chief executive of state, de facto head of state.
Constitutional Power
- Preside the Quorum Conferences.
- Preside the legislature prerogative.
- Ask for the Premier-Chairman to dissolve and form the new ministry.
- Call the Consultative Conference (Until the dissolution of Consultative Council).
- Represent the state, party and organization during foreign visits.
- Appointing the commissioners, diplomatic envoys and overseas officers by advice from Councilor-Secretary of General Affairs.

Chairman of Quorum Affairs Council

Since the Molco has been formed in late 2019, the Quorum of Party became the provisional cabinet of Molco, and the principal head for executive affairs was held by Minister of all Ministers. Until 3 February 2020, Regent of Quorum had established new executive agency for Quorum of Party, the Quorum Affairs Council, to lead the state administration on behalf of Quorum of Party. The QAC is headed by Chairman of Quorum Affairs Council, head of government.
Constitutional Power
- Exercise executive power and lead meetings of the Quorum Affairs Council.
- Report to the legislative body during sessions.
- Advise the Regent on appointments or granting honorary titles. (suspended by Regency Command)
- Provide guidance to envoys and plenipotentiary ministers for improved administration.
- Represent the Regent of Quorum during foreign visits.
Secretary-General of Quorum Affairs Council
Secretary-General of Quorum Affairs Council is given honored office from Regent to Piyawat Amornthatri, his close friend who early inaugurated as a new member on 14 January 2020, formerly knowns Secretary-General of Provisional Government of Knowledge for All. This office is a deputy of Chairman and second-highest rank in Quorum Affairs Council.

Knowledge for All's Consultative Council was advisory body for Quorum of Party by making of Regent of Quorum, this body refers as lower house of Knowledge for All's Legislative Function. Headed by Standing Speaker of KfA's Consultative Council, ex-officio of Regent of Quorum.
Judicial Branch
Supreme Court of Party
Supreme Court of Party is a single judicial body, and disciplinary court of Molco. This body can sentence the citizens and members of Quorum by branding the "Sinner" to the malefactor and preside the impeachment trial session of party member, including the Regent of Quorum. This body is de facto chaired by Regent of Quorum during the out of Supreme Court Convocation.
