History
The East Galway Soviet was founded in early September 2021 as the East Galway Soviet, when Jan Kotoński, Thomas Jacobs, and Ludwig Collins with a few others decided to form an opposition group to the Student Council in their secondary school. Jan Kotonski became the first Chairman of the East Galway Soviet, Thomas Jacobs became Vice-Chairman and Head of Information, and Ludwig Collins became General Secretary, the auditor and chief of staff of the East Galway Soviet.
The East Galway Soviet became the Government of the East Galway Commune, a stateless communist society with Christian influences in January 2022. The Soviet was renamed Government on 17 April 2022 after the long-reaching reforms were made.
Institutions
The government was made up of three branches. The Cabinet of Ministers was the executive, led by the Premier. The President of the Socialist Republic appointed the person most confident to lead the House of Representatives as the Premier. The President and the Premier were the head of state and head of government respectively. The House of Representatives served as the legislature of the nation, and was the only house of the Congress. The President of the House was the presiding officer of the House, and was legally the successor to the President of the Socialist Republic. The Paramount Court was the judiciary in the Government, and was headed by the Paramount Justice.
