David Ralby (born 18 June 1995) was the second Director of the Secret Intelligence Service, who reports directly to the Prime Minister. A soldier of the Atlantis army and citizen of Poseidon, Ralby served as soldier durign the Atlantis Civil War to control the south sector of the Republic of Atlantis during the period when Poseidon was divided.
More recently since he's activity in the SocialDemocratic Party he was candidate in the Atlantis SocialDemocratic Leadership Elections of 2011.
