The Constitution of the Federal Republic of Zealandia is the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Zealandia.
Zealandia had since the fall of the then Kingdom of Zealandia in the Winter Revolution of August 2012, the Riksdag asked President Charlotte Lindström to draft and publish a constitution for the Federal Republic, a task which she completed in the early hours of October 19, 2012.
The constitution draws from examples such as the constitutions of Australia, Albania, Kosovo, Transnistria, Francisiville, Zealandia (Jan 12) and Lithuania.
Historical evidence has shown that during the post Kennedy era of the then Kingdom of Zealandia had had a very unstable platform or constitution upon which to base a government on which ultimately lead to Nemkhav Stability Mission in Zealandia, which resulted in the June–July Constitution of Zealandia which provided for stable governance until the winter revolution.
