The Bank of Marquette is is the Central Bank of Marquette and is the chief polity allowed to issue banknotes by the monarchy. The original bank founded to serve this purpose was the Bank of Duchessgrad, but was replaced by the Bank of Marquette with increasing centralization in Marquette and a greater need for a government owned national bank.
since 2021 it has been the entity responsible for the printing of circulating dukesmark notes, a job that was formerly filled by the Grand Ducal Treasurer.
