Formed by the Ministry of Education and Vice President Zion Ormsby as the leading institute of the Chernobyl Program it has not achieved any successful outcomes since its founding.

The institute is based in Chernobyl, New Zealand Peninsula and was founded to establish nuclear research in the Arstotzkan Union.

History

In 2019, plans were made for the creation and construction of a Water Cooled Graphite Moderated Nuclear Reactor in the city of Chernobyl in New Zealand Peninsula. The Arstotzkan Union National Government allowed Vice President Zion Ormsby to be the leader of the Chernobyl Program.

Chernobyl Program

The Chernobyl Program is the nuclear energy development program for the Arstotzkan Union. Its leading researcher is Vice President Zion Ormsby and was commissioned on 31 August 2019 by the President of the Arstotzkan Union. Zion Ormsby was given orders to begin development of a RBMK-Like water cooled graphite moderated micro-nuclear reactor in Chernobyl. The reactor class was designated 'Arstotzkan Union Nuclear Low Power MicroNuclear Reactor' (AUNLPMNR) and plans for construction of AUNLPMNR Type 01 was begun on 17 September 2019.

The Program was temporarily shut down by the Arstotzkan Wars but was restarted under the National Government of the Arstotzkan Union. Vice President Zion Ormsby was given direction as lead researcher again and on 14 September 2020, after a request by the Ministry of Education was granted the ability to form the Arstotzkan Institute of Nuclear and Regular Science (AINRS).

Arstotzkan Atmospheric Weather Administration (AAWA)

The Arstotzkan Atmospheric Weather Administration was formerly a division of the AINRS. Today the AAWA is a federal atmospheric research institute that advises the public and the federal government on atmospheric activities in and around the Arstotzkan Union.
