Three by-elections took place in the Empire of Adammia in January and February 2019. By-elections were called on 8 January 2019 to take place in the province of Corellia and the seat of Delegate of Abroad Citizens to take place on 24 January 2019, following the establishment of Corellia on 31 December 2018 and the subsequent appointment of Lord Saunders as Duke of Corellia. Then, on 18 January 2019, a by-election for the seat of Delegate of the Colonies was called to take place on 1 February 2019.

All three by-elections were contested by a single candidate and as such, no polls took place. With the government and the opposition both gaining a seat, there was little change to the composition of the Ruling Council. The Liberal-Moderate Party's nomination of Ned Hilton for the Delegate of Abroad Citizens caused some controversy, with the Storm Party saying that there was a conflict of interest due to Hilton's position as Prime Minister of Wazakhstan. The Liberal-Moderate party was subsequently forced to state that Hilton would not serve in a frontbench position.
