The Essexian coup d'etat of 2022 was a military coup that took place on the 14th of September, 2021. After declaring the 2021 general election results illegitimate, Supreme Judge Jacob, along with other senior Essexian cabinet officials, wrote the "First Declaration of the Armed Forces of Essexia".
