The Zapavlovska Hetmanate (Ukrainian: Військо Запавлівське Vijs'ko Zapavlivs'ke) is a self-declared independent entity. It was founded in 2017 as a non-territorial entity, promoting Cossack and Rus' cultures. The Hetmanate is de facto ran as an Autocracy under a Hetman.
The Hetmanate claims no territory, instead proclaiming itself a sovereign subject of international law.
