The Warterby Area, also known as the Warterby & Rubykaal Area or the Warterby City-Region, abbreviated to CA (for Capital Area), is one of Princia's five autonomous areas, the others being the Brikkad and Devergate areas in Addersonheath, Tourstead Area in Cathairo-Pempire and Dashgamo Area in Allisterloo. The Warterby Area is within the Home Province of Cathairo-Pempire, consisting of the districts of Warterby City and Kaplancastle in the Cathair region and the districts of Royal Atterage and Kanpaltown in the Pempire region. The centre of the Warterby Area, the district of Warterby City, is the official capital of the Princian Commonwealth and is divided into cantons in a similar fashion to the Brikkad Area. The Warterby Area is the official capital of the Home Province of Cathairo-Pempire and Princian Commonwealth: the capitol of Cathairo-Pempire situated in the Dake-&-Syndical and Dustrywalks cantons, and the capitol of both Princia and the Warterby Area itself within the Rubykaal canton.

Monderley
The Warterby Canton of Monderley Town, often shortened to just Monderley, is the northernmost and second-largest canton of the Warterby Area and is an outer-city canton designated mostly as residential areas.
Dustrywalks
The Warterby Canton of the Dustrywalks, often shortened to just the Dustrywalks, is the third-largest canton of the Warterby Area and contains a mixture of inner-city and outer-city areas.
Rubykaal 
The Warterby Canton of Great Marico-Rubykaal, often referred to simply as Rubykaal and rarely but sometimes as Staad-Royal, is the capital and smallest canton of the Warterby Area and is the location of the Princian government, the Prince's Order.
Ladell
The Warterby Canton of Ladell & the Aesop, often shortened to just Ladell, is a canton of the Warterby Area consisting of a mixture of inner-city and outer-city areas.
Dake-&-Syndical
The Warterby Canton of Dake-&-Syndical, often shortened to just Dake-&-Syndical, is an inner-city canton of the Warterby Area centred around the two main squares of the city-centre - Dake Square (sometimes spelled Dayke Square) and Syndical Square.
Dozett
The Warterby Canton of Dozett Square, often shortened to just Dozett, is an inner-city canton of the Warterby Area centred around its main square and capitol - Dozett Square.
Uppertorum
The Warterby Canton of Uppertorum, often shortened to just Uppertorum, is an outer-city canton on the opposite side of the Warterby Area to the Monderley canton. Uppertorum is the Warterby Area's southernmost and largest canton.
Rubykaal University
Rubykaal University is a de jure university based in the cantons of Dozett and Ladell, managed by the Filorux Group Education Board and sponsored by the government of the Warterby Area. It was originally based in the Rubykaal canton, after which the university is named, and it also has campuses in Stonne City (Deanstyre College) and the borough of Bombardier, Deversoria City (St. Kazimieras College). At present, the university de facto exists only on paper and has no enrolled students.
