Vivre puur vérité, liberté et pee'
Vivre puur vérité, liberté et pee' is the official motto of the Republic of Pannonia. It was written by President B. N. Brunner and made official on 11 November 2011, as the first motto of the republic. The sentence is written in Pannonian French, and can be translated to English as "Living for truth, freedom and peace".
Translations
Although the motto is only used in Pannonian French officially, some of its translations (due to the multilingual community of Pannonia) are also known and widely used in certain provinces. The most significant translations (and transliterations, in the case of French) are:
English: "Living for truth, freedom and peace" or "Live for verity, liberty and peace"
French (France): "Vivre pour vérité, liberté et paix"
Hungarian: "Élni az igazságért, a szabadságért és a békéért" or "Igazságért, szabadságért, békéért élünk"
Greek (used in Troysvilles): «Ζώντας για την αλήθεια, την ελευθερία και την ειρήνη»
Other uses
A part of the motto also appears in the last line of Himne de l"année' tranqille', the national anthem of Pannonia:
Et nuus exulterons et dirons ynsymble:
Vérité, libert"et pee'!
