The VMFF (Virtual Micronational Futsal Federation) is the only futsal division of the MicroWiki community, and the only governing body for the sport in micronational culture. The VMFF is responsible for the organization of a number of international competitions, the most notable of which is the Virtual Micronational Futsal World Cup.

History

The VMFF was founded in 2012 as the first futsal association in the community. The VMFF was founded on June 19, 2012. It was founded by Martin I of NAPI after he successfully ran the VMSB, the community's leading virtual football organization. He founded the VMFF because he wanted to introduce the sport of futsal to the community.

World cup

The VMFWC, or Virtual Micronational Futsal World Cup, is the leading competition for the VMFF. Its first competition is in 2013. The World Cup Draw is held on May 1 every year. The number of teams competing are 16. The 2013 competition will be the first ever Futsal World Cup held in the micronational community.
