Claimed Occupation of the Rainbowlands

So clearly there is an issue of whether or not the claims of occupation of the Rainbowlands are legit. I think this article could benefit from accurate sources, however, to my knowledge New Germany does not keep records and charter its territories. The Rainbowlands are occupied by New German military according to the Wegmat Intelligence Authority which I can provide as a reference. If Paloma no longer claims its territory in the Rainbowlands, then I think its state as an occupied territory can be removed.
