The Succession Decree, officially the Decree on the Succession of the Monarchy, is the oldest royal decree in the Kingdom of Yalta. It was enacted by Oswald I of Yalta and outlines the monarchy's succession laws.
History
The decree is the oldest Yaltan royal decree. It was passed on 30 May 2023 by King Oswald I.
Terms
The decree outlines the monarchy's succession laws. It creates the succession laws as male-preference primogeniture. The decree also establishes the title of Crown Prince of Yalta and states how it should be granted to the heir apparent. The decree also establishes that all royals in line to the throne are required to be confirmed members of the Church of Yalta.
