The Social Democratic Party of the Concordian Republic, also called the Social Democrats or SDPCR, was a political party in the Concordian Republic. It was founded on the 11th March 2022 by President Callum Russell. It boasted a peak of three members, President Russell, McKenzie Arra and Ozren C. It therefore constituted a majority in the National Cabinet for the duration of its existence.

It is a left-wing, libertarian party, which appeared to garner the support of most of the 11 citizens of the Concordian Republic. It fell into irrelevance alongside the National Cabinet in May 2022, and was disestablished and outlawed with the Second Republic reforms in August 2022.

Political Influence

The SDPCR was one of two political parties in the Concordian Republic. They were the most influential party in the National Cabinet, holding a 3-1 majority. Since its founding, it had been the most supported political party in the Concordian Republic.

2022 Election

Social Democratic candidates were contesting every seat in the April 2022 election. They released a policy guide for the election, which they say will be fulfilled entirely during their term in office. Their members contesting seats were Austerian Governor Ozren C, Aeonian Governor McKenzie Arra and Mayor of the Federal Districts Callum Russell. They also contested President, in incumbent Callum Russell also. Following nearly two weeks of delays, the Social Democrats won three of the four National Cabinet seats on April 13.
