The Concordian Service Medal was an award for which Concordian citizens were considered eligible. The Service Medal recognised an individual's contribution to the Concordian public sector, especially in government. There was no physical award created, only a title. Recipients of the medal may style their title as either 'Recipient Name, CSM' or 'Recipient Name CSM', and the configurations are interchangeable. The award was established on 26 August 2022, to recognise the contributions of individuals to the Second Republic reforms in the Concordian Republic. It was formally disestablished alongside the Concordian Republic on 23 September 2022.
