History

First Blueprint for Residential Property Approved and Transported to Department of Housing and Addressing

On 29 October 2018, President Cooper Norfolk decided to submit the first-ever blueprint for a residential building in the Democratic Republic of Seybold to the Seybold Department of Construction. This blueprint was for the house of President Cooper Norfolk, the first Residential Property of Seybold. The house he would like to build is in the New Springfield, the Federal District of New Springfield. It is an apartment style building that takes up almost half of the top bunk bed that is in New Springfield. It is exactly 0.9797 Square meters with two rooms, one the main area and the other the “Bedroom” like area, which is just a pillow. It was first sent to the Seybold Department of Construction to be approved by the Head of the Department, Iyan Seeker, since it is still a building and falls under their half-jurisdiction. It was approved by Iyan Seeker at 9:05 A.M. UTC-5. After that, it was given to the Seybold Department of Housing and Addressing. From there, it was approved by the Head of the DOHA, President Cooper Norfolk, and stored away. It was approved by President Cooper Norfolk at 4:50 P.M. UTC-5 and it will be built officially on 3 November 2018. The Blueprint is being stored by the head of the Seybold Department of Housing and Addressing Cooper Norfolk.

On 2 December 2018, President Cooper Norfolk, who is also the Head of the Seybold Department of Housing and Addressing, decided that the logo of the Department was outdated and looked horrible. His solution was to create a new logo for the Seybold Department of Housing and Addressing. At about 6 A.M. UTC-5, he created the new logo. The new logo has the words “Department of Housing and Addressing” in a straight line. Above the line of words is a black, medium-sized circle with a picture of a house attached to a bright yellow sun. That was put there to represent that the Seybold Department of Housing and Addressing is in charge of overseeing the building and addressing of residential properties. President Cooper Norfolk enjoys the logo very much and said that it was a quote, “improvement from the last one”.

Department Renamed

On 16 March 2019, the Office of the President of the Democratic Republic of Seybold announced than an executive order was signed by President Cooper Norfolk. The executive order that was recently signed was related to the re-naming of a Department of the Democratic Republic of Seybold. The Department that had its name changed was the fairly new Seybold Department of Housing and Addressing, which was founded on 26 October 2018. The Seybold Department of Housing and Addressing is in charge of partially approving building permits for residential property, along with the Seybold Department of Construction, and creating street names and addressing commercial and residential properties in the Democratic Republic of Seybold. The responsibilities of the Seybold Department of Housing and Addressing will not be affected by the re-naming of the department itself, according to the Office of the President of the Democratic Republic of Seybold. President Cooper Norfolk wanted to rename the Seybold Department of Housing and Addressing to something more proffessional and straightforward to and to overall simplify the name. The executive order that changed the official name of the Seybold Department of Housing and Addressing was signed by President Cooper Norfolk at 08:19 GMT-5 in New Springfield, the Federal District of Springfield. The executive order says, quote, “1. The Seybold Department of Housing and Addressing will officially have its’ name changed to the Executive Objective number two located beneath the current objective. 2. The Seybold Department of Housing and Addressing will be officially be renamed to the Seybold Department of Urban Development, as it is a more professional and simplified title for a department.” The Seybold Department of Housing and Addressing was officially renamed as the Seybold Department of Urban Developement by President Cooper Norfolk. President Cooper Norfolk is very happy about the new change of names. The logo of the Seybold Department of Urban Development had to be changed because of the name change, but it wasn’t changed greatly. Only the name and the font of the logo was changed from “Department of Housing and Addressing” to “Department of Urban Development”.
