The Second November 2021 Elarian Ministerial Elections were held on 18 November 2021 after the end of the Ela'r'oech Monarchy Power Dispute. Candidates included Bryce Smith, Andrew Perdomo, Christoph Billung, and Nyck Bradaten. Many candidates of the First November 2021 Elarian Ministerial Elections had endorsed Christoph Billung rather than Andrew Perdomo due to Andrew's safe standing on the Monarchy Dispute where he initially advised Charles Madgett to go for a proper diarchy, rather than the diarchy which was set where he remained the majority monarch power. Essentially, playing it safe in the situation had cost Perdomo the election, many said.
