The Royal Council of Coleraine (Irish: Ríoga na Comhairle Cúil Raithin) is the Privy Council of His Catholic Majesty the King of Coleraine. It consists of the King, and the ministers of state.
The King is the head of the council, being in charge of what is discussed, and the times at which the council meets. Generally the council meets on Friday afternoons, followed by Sacrament. Most meetings of the council take place at the royal residence of Cluain Sharoise, however some have taken place elsewhere. If two ministers disagree on a particular point, the council resolves the conflict by Royal verdict.
