The Republic of Hyeck, more commonly known as Hyeck, was founded in 2020 during the Covid-19 Pandemic. Hyeck is an independent micronation formerly located in Scotland.
Secretary General Anderson founded the nation on 10 August 2020. Every year on the 10th of August, the nation holds a day of celebration, known as Hyeck day. On Hyeck day, Hyeckians and various other micronations come together to celebrate the achievements of the nation.
Hyeck officially achieved its independence on the 1st of April 2021. The day is known as national independence day and is a national holiday.
The nation is a member of the EUA and UMEC. The Capital City of Hyeck is Hiraetho which is located on The Rock of Libersçòtia.

Foundation
The Republic of Hyeck was founded on August 10, 2021 following President Anderson watching a documentary about Molossia.

Peace and Love Era
Soon after its Foundation, Hyeck was contacted by the Court of Micronations. Anderson signed a deal with the court to show that the nation recognises it.
Soon after, Anderson got in contact with the EMU which is the European Micronational Union. This resulted in Hyeck creating allies and gaining entry into exciting opportunities with fellow micronations. Hyeck joined the EMU soon after major nations Hurikano, Cosecha, and the Antonian Empire left. Soon after joining, Hyeck got in contact with these nations who introduced Hyeck to UMEC.
A few weeks past and Hyeck attempted to join UMEC for a second time and succeeded in doing so. Joining UMEC gave Hyeck the opportunity to receive support from various micronations and guide Hyeck to success.
The Caledonian Era
The Caledonian Era was from November to February 2021. This was the turning point in Hyecks history as this is when they developed a constitution, their own flag, and coat of arms.
It was during this time when Hyeck really started becoming a serious and important micronation.
Hyeck also left the EMU during this period as it felt like it was being a burden on both the Government and the People of Hyeck. Due to Hyeck leaving the EMU, a new union was formed with allies from UMEC called the EUA. The EUA seeked to create a union without the corruption which was showed in the EMU.
The Hyeck Era
During this period Hyeck began to establish their own identity. Hyeck began to create a new professional constitution, a new coat of arms, a website, a currency, a bank, national identity, and eventually claimed independence.

Hyeck and Cosecha formed a currency union to create the CH Crown (¢). The Crown is pinned to the Swiss Franc.

Anderson wrote a constitution along with then Prime Minister Haig. Hyeck can contribute to the constitution by contacting the nation, then Anderson and the Prime Minister discuss whether the idea should be carried out. If it is yes, the people are allowed to vote whether they want to pass through the Bill/Article.
The constitution was reformed into a document named Basic Law and Principles of the Republic of Hyeck. It is avaliable to read on the website.

Foreign relations
Hyeck is a proud member of the UMEC and the EUA. Hyeck only establishes diplomatic relations if a nation is recognised by the uou, unless in special circumstances.

Hyeck hopes to upload videos to a YouTube channel. The King sends messages and letter to citizens via Instagram. Anderson posts a daily update every day at 15:15 UTC.
Beliefs
Hyeck is a Christian nation. However, the government isn't requirent to be religious nor are any Hyeckians.
