The Provisional Ruling Council was the provisional government of Ballinfoyleburg to transition the nation from the Most Honourable Republic of Ballinfoyleburg to the Commonwealth of Ballinfoyleburg. The council held all the powers of the former branches of Government of the first Ballinfoylish state, was responsible for the creation of the institutions of the Commonwealth, and for the creation of the states.
Role
The Provisional Ruling Council served as the executive, legislative, and judicial powers in the Commonwealth. The Ruling Council was led by its Chairman, serving as head of state and government. It comprised four members, who were the incumbent President, Vice President, Chancellor and Vice Chancellor at the creation of the Commonwealth. The council dissolved on 1 June 2022 after the proclamation of the completion of the transition to the Commonwealth.
