The Prime Minister of Caïd (Catalan: Primer Ministre de Caïd) is the Head of Government and is elected by the President of Caïd. The position has had different denominations like Government Secretary or Secretary of the Presidency.
The inaugural holder was the General Francesc Julià de Caïdot in 1922 until 1924. The incumbent Prime Minister is Mr. Sisebuto Mustela since 2017. Since the approvation of the constitution in 2019, the Prime Minister is appointed by the majority of the legislative chamber in a legislative election.
