Frederic "Sisebuto" Mustela i Honma () is a caidanian politician of the Caïd Liberal Alliance. Since 2017 is the Prime Minister of Caïd. In addition to politics, he also works in the real estate business.
Political carreer and life
He was born in Caïd in 1958. Mustela speaks French and Catalan. In his youth he studied in Perpignan and Paris. In 2016 he joined the Caïd Liberal Alliance. In 2017 he is appointed Prime Minister. Shortly thereafter, in 2018, he announces that he will not stand for re-election as Prime Minister. He also added that he would dedicate himself completely to the real estate business. It is speculated that he will stand as a candidate for mayor of Nord-Horovitz in the upcoming municipal elections.
