Presidents of the Republic of Baltia – in accordance with the Constitution of Baltia, the highest representatives of Baltish authority, the guarantor of the continuity of state power, the highest state authority in the field of executive power, oversee the observance of the provisions and provisions of the Constitution.

The office of the President of the Republic of Baltia has been in existence continuously since December 2020, when the office of the President replaced the former Grand Dukes.
In 2021, the General Elections took place. After the introduction of the Constitution of 2022, the functions of the president were taken over by a collegial Council of State headed by presidents.

Term of office
The President of the Republic of Baltia is elected for a term of four years and may be re-elected. All citizens who have reached the age of 13 and are not deprived of electoral rights are entitled to the right to vote.
Under the laws, the president takes office after taking an oath before the National Assembly. A newly elected president takes the oath on the last day of the outgoing president's office, and if he was elected in early elections - within 4 days from the date of publication in the Journal of Laws of the resolution of the Royal Court on the declaration of validity of the election. The refusal to take the oath causes the Wicepresident to temporarily assume the duties of president until a new president is elected. If the circumstances do not allow the Wicepresident r to act as president, the President of the Council is elected among the ministers, who will rule the country for the duration of the elections (2 weeks).
The term of office of the President of the Republic of Baltia begins on the day he takes office. The outgoing President shall terminate his office when the newly elected president takes the oath.
Presidents before the first elections
Fabian Nowak and Peter Rabbitson have already become the Presidents of Baltia from December 17, 2020, because they were the monarchs of the former Kingdom of Baltia, due to which Baltia is undergoing a systemic reform and there was a political crisis in the country, the Supreme Court decided that Fabian Nowak and Peter Rabbitson, i.e. the then Kings, will be to act as the Head of State of Baltia for a time to the first presidential elections, which would take place a few months later. In May 2021, Fabian Nowak and Peter Rabbitson won and officially inherited the office of President.
