Royal Court (Baltia)

The Royal Court - the highest court of Baltia. In the Royal Court, only the President can try defendants. The Royal Court also has authority over the Supreme Court and all courts throughout the country. The legal system in Baltia, under which the Royal Court is also subordinated, is a combination of the law of the Constitution of Baltia and the so-called Judicial Laws of the Republic of Baltia. Although the Royal Court is the highest court in Baltia, the president has the right to appeal a final judgment issued by the courts in Baltia.
