Controversies

Since the first Presidential elections in Baltia in 2021, he has been accused by opposition members of deliberately rigging the elections in order to obtain the position of President of Baltia. In his statements, he consistently denies the accusations against him. Despite the opposition's intervention in the Supreme Court regarding the repetition of the elections, the Court found that there were no reasons to repeat the presidential elections because they were conducted correctly and honestly. Having rejected this request, the court asked the accusers to present potential evidence that would accuse Fabian Nowak of committing a crime. Despite requests, the opposition never submitted evidence to accuse the President, and after no further action in this case, the Court ended all proceedings in this case. Over time, the opposition began to let go of its accusations, but despite the conclusion of the case, opinions on this subject are still divided.
