The Official Languages Act 2023 also known as Executive Presidential Order 0012 is the Act of Assembly that codifies the four basic languages in the Arstotzkan Union. By size it is one of the smaller acts of assembly in the Arstotzkan Union only having one Article.

Languages in the Arstotzkan Union were mandated by the National Information of the Arstotzkan Union Document from the start of the Arstotzkan Union on Commemoration Day 2019. They originally were Russian, English and Dutch, however in 2022 following the Russian Invasion of Ukraine and the passing of the Preventative Measures Act 2022 they unofficially became English and Dutch.

In 2023 the Arstotzkan Federal Government decided to begin a reform and passed the Official Languages Act 2023 and Maori Language Adoption Act 2023. These were part of the Indigenous Protection Reforms, which are two Acts of Assembly and the First Amendment to the Constitution of the Arstotzkan Union.
