Nopporn Songsuksumphao (Born around 2006-2007) is a Thai-born Molcian politician, member of Quorum of Party, and was a member of the collective head of state of Prudentianopolis. He was the currently youngest member of Quorum of Party and youngest head of state of Prudentianopolis as Left Assistant Chancellor.
He has promoted by Regent of Quorum by advice from QAC Chairman as Prince of Grand Library and de facto promoted as Lord Librarian of State, second-in-command of Ministry of Technician and Digital Library, and highest officer of Grand People's Digital Library.
On 16 February 2021, the conclusion from the 4th Extraordinary Session of Quorum Affairs Council has been appointing him as Lord Librarian of State.
