Molco under the Knowledge for All Party was established following a suggestion from Srattha Ruchirawimon, the keeper of the oath. To escape the chaotic situation temporarily in the History Meme Zone, Knowledge for All moved to his Discord server, which was later renamed the Headquarters of the Knowledge for All Party and the Shadow Capital of the History Club. The Knowledge for All Party, as the leading figure of the Provisional Government, de facto exercised power in the History Meme Zone starting on November 6, 2019, as a political party, and then again on December 15, 2019, after forming an official government.
History
A History Club Discord group was founded by Piyawat Amornthatri and a colleague from his Facebook fan page. Followers of the fan page could join and engage in conversations about world history. Zerorius Hiruko joined this server and formed a small discussion group with his friends. On November 6, 2019, they decided to establish a faction to assist the Discord moderators, known as the Knowledge for All Party (KfA). At the party's provisional convention, Zerorius was elected leader with the title "Regent of Quorum." He began planning to become a moderator on Discord with his party members.
The youngest member of KfA at the time, Srattha Ruchirawimon, established a group called the "Headquarter of Knowledge for All Party and Shadow Capital of History Club" in December 2019. Meanwhile, the Provisional Government of Knowledge for All was formed after the proposal from the 1st Quorum Conference was passed.
Subsequently, Zerorius declared himself the Minister of all Ministers, taking on the role of main manager of the provisional government. He appointed seven members of Quorum of Party to his cabinet, and Molco was reestablished. The party's executive committee, the Quorum of Party, became the collective head of state, with Zerorius serving as Regent of Quorum of Party, acting as the head of the quorum.
Following the declaration of shared executive power in the HMZ Discord between the Quorum of Party and the History Meme Zone, the provisional government was restructured and renamed the United Government of the League of Knowledge for All in March 2020.
