The MVFF European Championship 2017 will be the first edition of the MVFF European Championship. It will be organised the Micronational Virtual Football Federation. It is the first of its kind in the microsphere. The competition will feature 8 teams however originally 10 teams were to feature, due to the declines of invitation from Hortania and Vroopa.
Host Selection
Two MVFF members Serbica, and the Florian Republic/Oldhaven bidded to host the competition. Voting was held on the 27th May 2017 and the Florian Republic was voted in a very tight process.

Venues
Four stadiums will be used. One in Oldhaven and three in the Florian Republic.
The stadium to be used in Oldhaven will be the Disc.
Three stadiums will be used in the Florian Republic.They will be Saints Road Stadium,Penlee Olympic Stadium,and Humphreys Municipal Arena.

Team Base Camps
For the first time the MVFF will offer base camps for the participating teams.

Qualification
All European members of the MVFF were invited to take part, however Hortania and Vroopa declined to take part. Fairfax will be making their debut at an MVFF tournament,likewise with Imvrassia.
