History
The position of the consul-general was first created on 2 April 2021 along with the creation of a consulate-general in Florida. The first consul-general was Abrams Wiucki-Dunswed who served in office until his resignation on 19 January 2022. Following his resignation, the consulate-general was closed as no appointment was made and the jurisdiction was transferred back to the embassy in Ohio.
In a cabinet decision, the regular diplomatic and consular missions accredited to macronations which are unilaterally recognized by Vishwamitra were reorganized to honorary status on 8 May 2023. On 26 June 2023, the honorary consulate in Florida was created and Ezekiel Ensor was appointed to the position who remained in office until the dissolution of all honorary missions on 28 February 2024.
The consulate-general office in Florida was re-established on 12 August 2024 and Ezekiel Ensor was re-appointed as the head of the mission for the second time.
