The Lieutenant Governors Act is the first piece of legislation passed in the modern legislature of Roscamistan, the National Assembly. The act created the positions of provincial Lieutenant Governors, and introduced presidential devolution for the first time. The act was introduced by Thomas Jacobs, then Vice President under Doros Patusky.
In 2023, the act was nullified, its purpose now served by the Provincial Government Act.
