The Sovereign Kingdom of Agrofesia of the Agrugrubar Monarchical Line or commonly called as Kingdom of Agrofesia and Agrofesia (pronounced as: Ah-grow-fey-sia) is a micronation in the Philippines. It was founded on 19 February 2023 when the constitution has been ratified signed. The name "Agrofesia" is derived from the past 3 kingdoms of the Agrugrubar monarchical line that are composed of the defunct micronations of: The Kingdom of Agrugrubar, Union Aksists States of Fidrecia, and the Kingdom of Peyossia. The Agrugrubar Monarchical Line is a blood line of the kingdoms that Andrei Pena is the founder and the one of the members of the crown. As of now, there are no overseas territories that the Agrofesia claims yet. But already had made over 312 hectares as part of the mainland regions of Agrofesia. All territories of the nation are located to the distinct cities of the Philippines specifically at Metro Manila. The territories are usually found in a state of land filled with residential and high-rise landscapes. These city skylines have also become a valuable composition of the economy of Agrofesia. The economy highly relies on private entities, boosting the economic statistics and helping with the development income of the nation. Recently, the micronation became active again after an activity halt for 8-months due to systematic and activity issues. However, at September 1st, the Facebook page of Agrofesia posted news headlines tackling about the opening of the legislation session and the planning of establishing a 2025 and 2030 agendas to furbish the micronation's systematic rulings.
Agrofesia is officially considered as the 4th kingdom to represent the Agrugrubar monarchical line. But in accordance to the constitution, it had to put a concrete barrier between the majority church of the religion of Agrofesia and the state. Agrofesia views itself as the successor of the Union of Aksist Fidrecia States and its government has been highly influenced by the late kingdom. However, it has defunct the belief of Aksism (An ideology that was used as the basis of the UAFS) to further implement more enhanced systematic procedures that may help secure and prioritize the control of military and the economy.
During December of 2023, Agrofesia has become the 13th member of the Accande Terrie Ornindo organization. This is the 3rd kingdom in the Agrugrubar Monarchical Line to be part of the ATO organization. During September 2024, Agrofesia has also become part of the Great Leguean Sphere Organization as an active member.
History
The history behind the Agrofesian Kingdom started when King Andrei the 1st was influenced by the unexpected influx of growth of Philippine micronations back 31 January 2023. Since the late Kingdom of Peyossia has been dissolved for a year, it is considered as a perfect time for the constitution of the Agrofesian Kingdom be ratified and signed. In 19 February, the constitution of the Kingdom of Agrofesia has been signed to be founded, officialized, and legalized many symbolisms, territories, and the structure of government. In 25 February 2023, the Kingdom of Agrofesia is officially the 13th member of the Accande Terrie Ornindo. To dig deeper in the roots, the Kingdom of Peyossia was believed to have ended due to a Coup D' Etat the had happened around mid-2020s whereas then-King Boski the 1st tried to alter and establish a different route of system of Peyossia. Despite the establishment of King Andrei again as the monarch of the vulnerable Peyossia, the micronation had failed to strengthen their national economy and thus begun to crumble, and as of result, the king abdicated with no declared as successor.
After a few months, the monarchical line became active once again as Andrei Pena declares the formation of the Union of Aksist Fidrecia States of which he transformed their government into an absolute monarchy. However, despite the great economic and urban developments, the legislation branch of the UAFS passed a document containing the declaration of dissolution of the Fidrecian micronation, although the monarch did backed this document and so became the cause of the fall of UAFS, putting the monarchical line back to inactivity again.
Months and weeks have gone by since the dissolution of the monarchical micronations, Agrofesia was put to the test for another efficiency and stable governance, fortunately it did work. However, the micronation was again put into the consideration for idle and inactivity due to lack of performance and lack of active personnel. But after a 8-month long of halt, the micronation is once again active till this day.
Politics and government
The constitution of the Kingdom of Agrofesia has also created it's governmental system. It is called as the "Agrofesian Constitutional Military-controlled Monarchy". As other constitutional monarch countries makes the monarch the sole head of their church and state, Agrofesia makes the monarch as the head of all colonies, the commander-in-chief of all military branches, and the sole minister of territorial claims. This shows the Agrofesia's unique structure of government, pertaining to a newer system that may boost the progress of the micronation. Moreover, it represents that the monarch has no political control over the legislative and judicial branches to show transparency and fairness.
The Monarch
His Majesty, King Andrei the 1st, is the sole head of state, likewise is also the commander-in-chief of all military branches and their operations. Aforementioned before, he is not recognize as any positions in the executive, legislative, and judicial branches. He reserves the right to monitor the ongoing operations of all branches to ensure proper stability and authority of the crown. However, in times of desperate times such as conflicts and micronational emergencies, the monarch reserves the right to abdicate any presiding officials and transforming the micronation as the monarch wishes, do note that this is only done with the agreement between the prime minister, supreme court, and the monarch itself.
The Prime Minister
Honorable Prime Minister is the primary head of government, it oversees all operations conducted by each ministry, they are responsible for the signing of documents related to legislation and any forms of declaration. However, they have no right to oversee the monarch nor politically-influence him to conduct such political movements.
The Legislature
The legislative branch of Agrofesia is halved into two legislative chambers, the House of Law and the House of Party. They are responsible for the creation of such legislative frameworks that shall benefit the entirety of the micronation in any way.
House of Law
They are responsible as the final chamber to conduct readings and debates on a specified ongoing legal framework that have succeeded the votes of the House of Party, once a framework has pass the final reading of the chamber, it is then be passed unto the prime minister for its final say. This chamber is composed of 12 members only and has a term limit of 6 months only. They also reserves the right to draft resolutions and amendments of a certain framework without the need of approval from the House of Party
House of Party
They are the chamber that is responsible for the creation of most legislative frameworks, it is composed primarily of 35 seats, this will then be divided into a 11-14-7-3 seating, that will be determined by the majority of votes. The first 11 seats should be composed of individual representatives of the states, the 14 seats are for the majority parties (there can only be 2 majority parties and therefore the seats will be halved into 2) and the remaining 3 is for the independent representatives. In order for a framework to be passed unto the House of Law, it shall meet a majority vote of 15. They have the authority to set up hearings, readings, and debates upon the creation of the framework to be furbished even further.
Political Parties
The citizens of Agrofesia has the right to form political parties and be elected upon the House of Party. However, there are certain criteria that must be met in order to legalize the specified political party. As of this date, there are only the known political parties that have composed the entirety of House of Party which are the National Centric-Leftism Agrofesia and the TradTransRight Agrofesia Explain the background or history of the political parties in the state, and any guidelines or regulations regarding them. Law and order
The Judicial system of Agrofesia implies deep within the roots of the Philippine Judicial Procedures to maintain fairness and justice to be delivered. The Judicial branch has the right to declare the verdicts of all accused, but to ensure transparency and to prevent corruption, it is under the supervision of the crown to ensure all procedures are follow correctly without the any suspicious and unjust actions. The supreme court is composed of 12 judges that are appointed by the crown only. All positions of the judicial branch have no general elective procedures to prevent from political stance being mixed unto the branch. The branch may cooperate with both the Military and the Police department to ensure security and smooth flow of trials of convicts.
The Police department and the military are both merged under the governance of the crown, they are to assure and establish peace and order in all communities of the place.
Military
As stated before, the military is under the hands of the crown, his majesty has the power to ensure security of the entirety of the micronation and also to provide adequate measures and operations to be conducted in order to mitigate ongoing conflicts internationally or locally. However, to assure to the public that no violations and misconduct that may result into unnecessary actions, if such cases arose, the judicial department has the power to conduct investigations even if it means involving the crown as he is the head of the military in any way.

The constitution of Agrofesia stated clearly of the creation of multiple ministries to oversee such different agendas in order for the nation to progress and work properly.
- Ministry of Finance - The ones who control the flow of the economy especially the foreign and stock exchange. And is responsible for the proposal of governmental budgets.
- Ministry of Territorial Claims - The ones who supervise and are the frontliners in conquering land for Agrofesia.
- Ministry of Defense - The ones who cooperates with the military and police
- Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Relations - The ones who are the representatives for making foreign relations.
- Ministry of Statistics - The ones who manages official statistics both economical and political
- Ministry of Health - The ones who controls the safety of the public health
- Ministry of Environment - The ones who manage, examine, and protect the environment and its safety.
- Ministry of Education - The ones who controls the flow of the education system/

- Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries- The ones who maintain a sufficient agricultural climate. Is responsible for maintaining the food stocks of Agrofesia.
- Ministry of Immigration - The ones who are responsible for the security of the flow of people.
- Ministry of Tax - The ones who collect, protect, and maintain the tax of Agrofesia swear to always be used for economical growth.
- Ministry of Energy and Water - The ones who maintain and control the flow of energy and water to the households.
- Ministry of Recreational Activities - The ones who promote recreational activities and sports to the public. And maintains the activeness of Agrofesia in sport activities.
- Ministry of Public Works and Road Infrastructure - The ones who maintain, build, and evaluate all public works and road infrastructure in Agrofesia.
Foreign relations
As stated at the early part of the page, the micronation stands firm with its cooperation and membership to the Accande Terrie Ornindo, a group of Philippine Micronations. Moreover, Agrofesia has successfully joined the second phase of the Great Leguean Sphere Organization as a member, because of the opportunity to contribute and improve the community of micronations especially in the Philippines.
Due to lack of foundation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Relations, the foreign policy of Agrofesia is yet to be establish in order to create a newer and standardize procedure of building relationship amongst all micronations.

Passport and immigration
The passport is still under review of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Relations, however, this will only be given to the qualified and certified citizens of Agrofesia in order to track their travel records and to maintain security within its borders. Due to the lack of foundation to establish a immigration office, the Agrofesian government welcomes all types of entities to visit and reside within the micronation's territory to seek shelter or to seek refuge in times of despair.

The history behind the micronation's claim of various territories were determined according to the frequency of visits of the crown, considering of its accessiblity to be govern easily with the ease of transportation. The claiming system of the nation is determined by the procedure of the Ministry of Territorial Claims. The geographical location of Agrofesia sits at the Philippines' capital region, pertaining that it has the same climate which are usually hot and very rainy during the last quarter of the year. The micronation only has two seasons which are summer and rainy seasons. Temperature only varies in between 74 degrees Fahrenheit to 93 degrees Fahrenheit. In light of this, the micronation is considered as a tropical nation for it only has fewer seasons and its characteristics being met. Specifically, all states of Agrofesia sits by the latitude of 14.5995° N, 120.9842° E approximately.
Economy
Agrofesia is seen as reliable and dependent to the private business entities that reside unto the territory and jurisdiction of the government, this is stated directly by the ministry of finance and ministry of territorial claims whereas the role of the private entities is to bring subsequent growth amongst the GDP calculation of the micronation. Additionally, these entities are only required to pay the sum of 4 thousand PHP (roughly equivalent to 71 USD) every month but due to the micronation's illegitimacy as an independent state and a country, this is considered as a customary taxation.
