Joseph Leopold-Almeda (sometimes spelled Almeda) is a former Laskaridian politician who serves as a member of the local assembly of Riveshire Province and a Lieutenant in the Public Force of Laskaridia. He was a citizen but not politician of the Westavian Empire. He also served as a member of the Royal Society of Laskaridia and head of the Institute for Advanced Study headquartered in Saintathen, Riveshire.
