Etymology

The Mtn Dews name comes from it's backing Mtn dew a popular soft drink

The base unit of the Mtn Dew is the can, equal to one can of standard Mtn Dew. The subunit the "ounce" is one sixteenth a can, as the standard can size in 16 US Oz. The superunit the "box" is 24 cans it comes from the 24 pack that most soft drinks are sold in.

Banknotes

In 2022 Nada I was given complete creative control over the designs of the banknotes of the Mtn Dew. The first note series was designed during that month with a colour scheme based on the graphic design of Mtn Dew soda. The second series is being planned currently to be more practical and better looking.
