The Independent Party of Wamong is a political party in Wamong. It was founded on 15 February 2018, and is the oldest political party in the nation. It is the most powerful party in Wamong, and is the most radical party in the country. It follows a Christian ideology known as Duighanism, and follows Harold's sect of Christianity, known as Vanguardianism.
History
2018-2020: Beginning of the Party
The party was founded on 15 February 2018, after Harold Duighan formed Wamong. It was created as the Independent Party of Wamong, and followed a form of Christian Conservatism. It was popular for the most part, however, it suffered a major defeat in 2019, though it rebounded in 2020. It also gradually adopted Fascist ideals around 2019 and 2020, though by 2021, it began drifting towards the left.
2021: Ideological Shift and Dissolution
It gradually shifted to the left around November and December 2021, though it was eventually abolished on 10 March 2021, after the Working People's Duighanist Party was founded. It was re-established 3 months later in June 2021.
