The Holy Vanguardian Church of Christ (Duighanish: Houlie Waegardiemae Kuekae oufae Kietae), is the national church of the State of Wamong. It was formed on 2 June 2021, after Harold Duighan decided to officialize his religious beliefs into a church. The church is based around Harold's views on the New Testament of the Holy Bible, as well as his own gospel, the Holy Vanguardian Gospel.

Etymology

The name was chosen due to Harold's personal belief that a true Christian Socialist utopia needed not a Vanguard Party to unite it, but instead a sort of "Jesus figure" would unite the people in the Socialist society, similar to how Jesus united his followers during his life. Thus, the name was chosen.

Scripture

The Holy Bible is considered the highest text in the church, particularly the New Testament, as it is the main section of the Bible that it takes it's beliefs from. The Holy Vanguardian Gospel is another text that lists it's main ideals, specifically it's goal to form a new Eden.

Beliefs

According to the Holy Vanguardian Gospel, the HVCC's beliefs are as such:

The goal of the HVCC is to create a new Eden. God had removed the people of the world from it due to them becoming diluted and brainwashed by the Demons of Hell. The main enemies of Christianity are what is called the "Atheistic-Satanistic-Paganistic Axis", which are considered the Demons and disciples of Lucifer. These enemies must be converted and cleansed, or purged from the world, as they are seen as unholy. There are also so-called "false Christians", which are Christians who are deemed as "not pure", who must be enlightened by the church and shown the way to salvation.

The main goal is to create a new Eden. This Eden must be used a base to eventually cleanse and purify the world, in order to save the Earth and prevent the death of Christianity and thus the death of God. This way, the world would be saved, and eternal peace can be achieved.

History

The base beliefs comes from Harold's own enlightenment around late 2019 to mid 2020, when he read the Bible and realized what his destiny was, to create a new Eden, a new Christian utopia. He had seen the destruction Atheism, Satanism, and Paganism had caused the world, and became worried that end times were coming. He became fearful that demons were going to come, and that someone had to rise to the opportunity and save the Earth. Harold chose to plan his new utopia, and when reading the Bible, he realized that God was telling him that he must become this new saviour, and believed he was the new prophet that would enlighten other people.

This realization became the new basis for his Fascist ideology known as Social Moralism, and he instituted his ideology into the Great States of O'Duighan and the National State of Deegranto. The gradual collapse of his planned utopia around July 2020 and December 2020, which he realized was potentially the work of Demonic forces later on, threw him into a great depression, as he knew his destiny was to make the utopia and save the Earth. However, after his nation of O'Duighan merged with Wamong, his other nation, he found a new opportunity to continue his goal. He eventually began re-instituting his religious beliefs into the country.

By May and June 2021, he decided he had to officialize his religious ideas into a church, which he named the Wamongian People's Church, on the 2 June 2021. He eventually chose to write his own gospel on 5 July 2021, and renamed the church to its current name. On 6 July 2021, the HVCC became the state church of Wamong, and it began to operate in the U.S., forming a regional church in Pennsylvania, in the United States.

Structure

The structure of the Vanguardianism is hierarchical, with the church being lead by the Vanguard, which has Overseers who control and moderate regions where the church operates, and there are Priests, who each control the separate churches. The Overseers each report to the Vanguard, which the Vanguard appoints.

This is a map of the regions of the United States that the Holy Vanguardian Church of Christ operates in.
