The Imperial Park Colonisation Pact, or IPCP, was a military alliance formed by the Empire of Douglas Grant Park to counteract the Annandale Democratic Municipal Park Occupation Force and Military Treaty Organisation (ADMPOFMTO) founded by Badu Park in an attempt to "Ensure Inner West compliance with Badu Park military requirements" according to Japitty Cumquat. The treaty served to unite nations with inline goals and ideals, which include the invasion and destruction of Badu Park. The Johnston's Creek Liberation Army and the Anti- Japitty Badu Parkian People's Front became observers, to attain protection from Badu Park. The United States of Jubilee Park was eager to join the IPCP for protection from the Mugahan Rump State, after the Mugahan Military conducted training exercises in Jubilee Park without permission from Feather Duster McBalls. The IPCP remained in the Inner West Micronational Coalition and was initially not hostile towards the ADMPOFMTO, instead utilising coordinated diplomatic pressure to achieve key aims and limit Badu Parkian control. This relative peace was disrupted during the prologue to the Sydney World War, when Japitty Cumquat made inflammatory comments attacking Cheezit McDaniel's Regime, along with a multitude of unprovoked veto decisions against Douglas Grant Park military requests, preventing Cheezit from being permitted to launch a spacecraft into Badu Parkian airspace, as well as limiting military capability in Johnston's Creek, disallowing joint IPCP military beach landing exercises on the unclaimed banks of Johnston's Creek. Cheezit McDaniels then pulled Douglas Grant Park out of the Coalition, forcing all IPCP members to follow suit. Douglas Grant Park began nuclear sabre-rattling to counter Badu Parkian diplomatic influence, and prevent an invasion of Douglas Grant Park. This resulted in Badu Park enforcing sanctions on Douglas Grant Park grass exports, which provoked the People's Republic of Nguyenistan to leave ADMPOFMTO and join IPCP, as it was heavily reliant on Douglas Grant Park grass exports for energy production.
The IPCP was dissolved on 2 March 2022, after Douglas Grant Park and Xahastan surrendered.
