H.E.R. formally known as the Humanitarian Empire and Realm is a micronation sitting on 23.9 acre area of frontier land in Sierra Blanca, Texas, via Owner's Deed, a 1x1 square foot plot of land at Dunans Castle, Scotland, via Deed of Entitlement, a 2x2 square foot plot of land in Kerry County, Ireland, via a Shared Owners' Deed, and a 1 acre historical burial site, Williams Point, in Keithville, Louisiana, via owner's deed, all claimed by Tony T. Williams. The nation consists of three states; Sierratown, the capitol, Scottville, and Kerryville, and a territory, Williams Point. Williams Point is a 1 acre plot in Keithveille, Louisiana, with ancestors of the Soverign of H.E.R. buried there. It was acquired by his 2nd great grandfather from his 3rd great grandfather on Feb 13, 1900. On June 28, 2021, be bought it. The nation of H.E.R. currently has no year round residents.

History

The H.E.R. was established as a benevolent and total monarchy on December 8, 2020, with a five article Constitution. The articles address: legislative power, succession, justice, citizenship, and amendments. The goal of the nation is to promote peace on earth and to eliminate disparities.

The Pledge of the Humanitarian Empire and Realm

On my honor and of my own free will, I hereby pledge allegiance to the sovereign Humanitarian Empire and Realm, and to the royal family of the House of Wilhelms. On my honor I will support and defend the constitution and ideals of the Empire and Realm, and the goals set forth by the Lord of the Humanitarian Empire and Realm. On my own free will, I will strive to continue to seek knowledge and illuminate the world, so help me Deity.

The National Symbol

The national symbol of the H.E.R. is the personal coat of arms of Tony T. Williams, as a member of the Templarritter Orden. The two German or Teutonic Knight Crosses represent the two German Knighthood awarded to the founder while living in Germany. They are styled following the German Cross used by Germany monarchs, such as Wilhelms II, a distant DNA associated ancestor. The Teutonic Knights have a long and rich history dating back to the religious crusades. The four birds are symbolic of the three bird found on the Williams of Wales coat of arms. The fourth bird is added bringing balance and equilibrium to that quadrant of the shield. Wales has been incorporated into the crest due to the founder’s distant DNA association to Prince Charles, Prince of Wales. The lion represents royalty and strength, an acknowledgment to the royal lineage of the founder. The color black is a combination of all colors and is consistent with the Empire’s Constitution and none discrimination based on color, ethnicity, gender, race, or religion. The color gold represents the ancient Egyptian royalty to which the founder is DNA associated with Ramesses III. The Knight’s armor is in recognition of knighthood. The Teutonic Crosses behind and below the shield are worn by Roman Catholic Clerical Teutonic Knights and Honorary Chivalric Knights (non- religious) of the various Teutonic Orders.

The National Flag

The National Flag of the Humanitarian Empire and Realm embraces the attributes of the Seal. It is gold on the top half and black on the bottom half. The center has a Teutonic Cross, circled in white. The white is added denoting purity.

State Flags

Sierratown State Flag

The State Flag of Sierratown, H.E.R., embraces the design of the National Flag and State Flag of Scottville. The flag is half (horizontal) black, symbolizing the combination of all colors which is consistent with the Empire’s Constitution and none discrimination based on color, ethnicity, gender, race, or religion. The second half of the flag is divided, like the national flag, with gold and blue. The color gold represents the ancient Egyptian royalty to which the founder is DNA associated with Ramesses III. The color blue is in recognition of Scotland, where Scottville is located. Centered is the National Crest circled in white, representing purity.

Scottville State Flag

The State Flag of Scottville, H.E.R., embraces the design of the National Flag exactly. The flag is divided horizontally with the colors blue and black. The color blue is in recognition to Scotland, the country that surrounds the state. The color black symbolizes the combination of all colors which is consistent with the Empire’s Constitution and none discrimination based on color, ethnicity, gender, race, or religion. The center has a Teutonic Cross, circled in white. The white is added denoting purity.

Kerryville State Flag

The State Flag of Kerryville, H.E.R., embraces the design of the National Flag exactly. The flag is divided horizontally with the colors green and black. The color green is in recognition of Ireland, the country that surrounds the state. The color black symbolizes the combination of all colors which is consistent with the Empire’s Constitution and none discrimination based on color, ethnicity, gender, race, or religion. The center has a Teutonic Cross, circled in white. The white is added denoting purity.

Founder

The founder and current ruler of the Humanitarian Empire and Realm, consisting on Sierratown and Scottville, is Tony T. Williams. He is a native of Louisiana, USA, a published author, and doctoral student (Education (Ed.D.)). He has earned a Masters of Arts in Health Care Administration and Bachelor of Arts in Gerontology. He has also taken continuous education course in Pandemic Prevention, COIVD-19 Contact Tracing, and the Science of Well-being with Harvard University, John Hopkins University, and Yale University respectively. He holds the title of Lord of the Manor, Friaries (Hereditary) in accordance with the British Honors Act of 1925. This title styles him as "Lord Baron" and he has a personal coat of arms.

The coat of arms as Lord of Friaries is blue and red. These colors represent justice (blue) and hardiness (red). The shield is divided into four parts. The top left is blue with a gold Teutonic Cross. This is a tribute to the Lord's German heritage and his knighthood. To top right is red with two birds. These two bird represent his wife and him and are adapted from the Williams of Wales coat of arms which has birds. The bottom left is red with three birds representing his three children. The bottom right is the Hessen Darmstadt crest. This has ties to the House of Mountbatten, which he is connected to via DNA, the Grand Duchy of Hesse, and the Luxembourg coat of arms. The crest is topped with a "Baron's Crown" and each side is supported by a Lamb. The Lamb connects with our National Motto, "Blessed be the fruit." The fruit is the Lamb of God, Who takes away the sins of the world. The Manor, Friaries, was once held by King Henry VIII of England.
