Human rights in Moshui and Kichi

Since 2023, Moshui and Kichi's human rights have increasingly received public attention and legal protection. Prior to this, there was little legal protection of human rights. Existing protection measures focus on specific issues rather than taking a general approach to human rights.

Moshui and Kichi's current legal framework for the protection of human rights includes federal and state constitutional rights and statutory human rights codes. The constitutional foundation of the modern Moshui and Kichi human rights system is the Kichi Charter of Rights and Freedoms adopted on July 10, 2023, which is part of the Moshui and Kichi Constitutional Law. Before 2023, there is little direct constitutional protection against government interference in human rights, although state and federal laws do provide some protections for human rights enforceable against governments and private groups. Today, the Charter guarantees fundamental freedoms (free expression, religion, association and peaceful assembly), democratic rights (such as participation in elections), mobility, legal rights, equality and language rights.

Moshui and Kichi's controversial human rights issues include Vtuber rights as well as economic, social and political rights.
