The High Commissioner of Connemara was the chairman of the High Commission and chief executive of the Province of Connemara from September 2021 to 19 October 2021, after the sacking of Liam David King as Prime Minister, and the abolition of the Premiership into the position of Governor-General, held by Evan O’Neill. The High Commissioner was appointed by the Government of Roscamistan, after election by the people of the province.

The High Commissioner presided over the High Commission for Connemara, which governed the nation collectively. After the advent of the revival of the parliamentary Mervustan Authority, the high commission system was abolished and the posts of Governor and the revived Prime Minister of Connemara were established on 19 October 2021.
