The Handover of the Krysinyy Ostrov Territory (Rat Island) Act 2022 also known as the Handover Act 2022 is an Act of Congress formally established by the First President of the Arstotzkan Union in an effort to end the Benereich - Coalition War and handover control of the island following Operation: Mousetrap by the Armed Forces of the Empire of the Benereich.

Section 1: Articles for Arstotzkan Legislation created for power over the Krysinyy Ostrov Territory
Article 1: This Act will repeal the Division of Krysinyy Ostrov Territory (Rat Island) Act 2022.
Article 2: This Act will remove all control of the Government of the Union over the Krysinyy Ostrov Territory.
Section 2: Articles relating to the Handover
Article 3: Upon the hour this document is ratified by the First President of the Arstotzkan Union and Chairman of the Union, the following actions will be taken:
Article 3A: The Independent Federal Republic of the Arstotzkan Union acting on behalf of the nations of the Rat Island Protection Coalition shall remove all aspects of sovereignty over the island territory;
Article 3B: The Arstotzkan Union will put forward to the Empire of the Benereich that all nations involved shall join in peace and formal diplomatic relations shall be established between the Independent Federal Republic of the Arstotzkan Union and the Empire of the Benereich;
- and the Arstotzkan Union will formally create a High Commission office for the Empire in the Gollandiya Territory and the Arstotzkan Union shall request a consulate general and/or Embassy be officially formed in the Empire.
Article 3C: The Arstotzkan Union shall also formally declare the Empire of the Benereich as formal allies and shall;
- Never invoke a state of war between the Arstotzkan Union and the Empire of the Benereich;
- And, grant citizens of the Empire of the Benereich freedoms of other citizens in nations that are allies of the Arstotzkan Union (pursuant to the principles of the Treaty of Unity, Peace and Cooperation).
Schedule 1:
This Act of Congress has received official ascension to law of the Arstotzkan Union and Empire of the Benereich (upon agreement).
Any agreements not made in this legislation will and must be made between the two nations negotiating peace for the ending of the conflict known as the: Benereich - Coalition War.
