The Governor of Lochrey is the chief executive and head of administration in the Province of Lochrey. The Governor is appointed by the Central Government and serves at the pleasure of the President of Roscamistan. The inaugural Governor was Thomas Jacobs, who served on an interim basis from 22 February 2022 to 17 April 2022, when Jan Kotoński was appointed by Adam Flannery to serve at his pleasure.
